Our commission structure means we only get paid when you successfully purchase a property that meets your criteria, so we are incentivised to find you the right deal, not just any deal.

10% upfront covers our research and sourcing costs (non refundable). When your offer is accepted, we take another 40% with the final 50% paid at completion. This keeps us invested in getting you over the finish line.
If you pull out after offer acceptance, the 40% is not refundable. But if the sale falls through due to the seller (not you), we refund everything including the initial 10%.
